📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify opportunities for energy savings and efficiency improvements.
• Develop and implement energy efficiency strategies and action plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and analyze energy consumption data using advanced software tools such as EnergyWise and GreenButton.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source and implement energy-efficient technologies and solutions.
• Provide training and support to employees on energy conservation practices and best practices.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders to ensure compliance with energy efficiency standards and regulations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on energy performance, savings, and initiatives to senior management.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in energy efficiency and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy efficiency, energy management, or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving measurable energy savings.
• Certification in Energy Star, LEED, or other relevant energy efficiency certifications is a plus.
• Strong understanding of energy management systems (EMS) and building automation systems (BAS).
• Proficiency in using energy analysis software such as EnergyWise, GreenButton, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
