📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Accurately and comprehensively document patient medical records using advanced medical documentation software.
- Maintain and update patient charts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure all patient records are accurate and complete.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of medical documentation systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a high standard of care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical documentation standards and best practices.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our medical documentation processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Records, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical documentation or a related role.
- Proficient in using medical documentation software such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
- Certification in Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist (CDIS) or a related certification is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
