📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of excavators, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Work alongside the excavator operator to load and unload materials, and to clear and grade land.
• Perform routine inspections and minor repairs on excavators.
• Assist in the preparation of work sites, including clearing debris and setting up equipment.
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of excavator usage, maintenance, and repairs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of safety and operational procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Excavator Helper or similar role in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining excavators, particularly models like Komatsu, Caterpillar, or similar brands.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license for heavy machinery.
• Experience with using tools like AutoCAD or similar software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to different construction sites as required.
