📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain our standards of excellence.
• Manage inventory and procurement to ensure smooth operations and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the strategic planning of the bakery.
• Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and in good working order.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven experience in bakery operations, including knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations is a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes.
