PT Roypow Hightech Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor to join our team in Batam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and excellent Mandarin language skills. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.,Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.,Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.,Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in both Indonesian and Mandarin.,Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision or a related field.,Proficient in Indonesian and Mandarin (both written and spoken).,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.,Experience with inventory management and logistics.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred but not required).
