📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Ensure seamless operations and robust security of our ICT systems.
• Implement new technologies and solutions to improve operations and drive digital transformation.
• Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and resolve issues.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICT infrastructure management.
• Certifications in ITIL, CISSP, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with server and network management tools such as VMware, Microsoft System Center, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
