📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional guest service in our luxury resorts and dining establishments
• Assist with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
• Provide information about resort amenities, dining options, and local attractions
• Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and presentable
• Uphold company policies and procedures with professionalism and integrity
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
• Maintain a positive and engaging demeanor, embodying the resort’s luxury brand

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Professional demeanor and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
• Valid ID and clean criminal record
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
