General Manager Warehouse & Logistics

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and logistics department, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently
• Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain operations, including the implementation of new technologies and processes
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time
• Oversee order fulfillment, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time
• Manage transportation logistics, including the coordination of shipments with our carriers and the optimization of routes to ensure timely delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring that we are getting the best products at the best prices
• Manage warehouse staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to meet the demands of our business
• Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure the safety of our warehouse staff and the integrity of our products

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on warehouse operations
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a warehouse and logistics team
• Strong understanding of food manufacturing and frozen food logistics, including the unique challenges and requirements of this industry
• Experience with inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Experience with transportation management systems such as JDA, Manhattan Associates, or similar
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
