📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is accurate and available for decision-making.
• Stay updated with financial regulations and best practices, implementing necessary changes to ensure compliance.
• Provide support to the finance team during audits and financial reviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting.
• Proficient in SAP and QuickBooks, with experience in financial data analysis and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations is a plus.
• Certification in CPA or CFA is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
