📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business objectives of the Spare Parts Department.
• Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Lead and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with department managers to address HR issues and improve workforce productivity.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR and business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar.
• Certifications in HR management or related fields are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
