As a Concrete Batching Plant Operator & Technician, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of our concrete batching plants using state-of-the-art equipment such as the SANY CB8000 and SANY CB10000 models. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure that our concrete production meets the highest quality standards and supports the construction projects we undertake in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain concrete batching plants, including the SANY CB8000 and SANY CB10000 models, to ensure efficient production of high-quality concrete.
• Monitor and control the mixing process to maintain consistent concrete quality.
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on batching plant equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality control tests on concrete samples to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to concrete production.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor and optimize the use of raw materials to minimize waste and reduce operational costs.
• Train and mentor junior operators and technicians to ensure the continued success of the batching plant operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Concrete Batching Plant Operator or similar role in the construction industry.
• Certification as a Concrete Technician or equivalent qualification in concrete technology.
• Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of SANY concrete batching plants, particularly the CB8000 and CB10000 models.
• Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with engineers, operators, and other stakeholders.
• Proven track record of achieving high-quality concrete production and meeting project deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate heavy machinery.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
