Based in Canggu, you'll work closely with our team in Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung to ensure our properties are always in high demand.

As a Commercial Land Leasing Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying new leasing opportunities, managing existing leases, and ensuring our properties meet the highest standards of quality and service. You'll work with industry-leading tools like Salesforce and LeaseLogix to streamline operations and drive growth. With a proven track record in commercial real estate and a deep understanding of the Bali market, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Global-Estate Resorts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Negotiate high-value leases with potential tenants and landlords.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Manage and oversee the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease execution.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new leasing opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all leasing regulations and industry standards.
• Work with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and attractive to potential tenants.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on leasing performance and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in commercial land leasing, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.
• Proven track record of success in maximizing occupancy and revenue.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using leasing software such as Salesforce and LeaseLogix.
• Certification in commercial real estate or property management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with the Bali market and local regulations is a significant advantage.
