• Oversee all IT operations, including software development, infrastructure, data centers, and cybersecurity.
• Lead a team of 20+ IT professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure their professional growth.
• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business goals and drive digital transformation.
• Ensure robust, secure, and scalable IT systems by implementing best practices in IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance business operations and customer experiences.
• Manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend appropriate solutions for adoption.
• Ensure data privacy and security by implementing and maintaining data protection policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, with a proven track record in driving digital transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications in IT governance, risk management, and compliance, such as CISM, CISA, or COBIT.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and VMware.
• Experience in managing IT projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team of IT professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR and HIPAA.
