📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach undergraduate courses in psychology, including introductory psychology, abnormal psychology, and developmental psychology.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans using our Learning Management System (LMS).
• Mentor students in their academic and personal growth, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance the learning experience and improve student outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest research and teaching methodologies in psychology.
• Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the academic community.
• Assist in the development and implementation of academic programs and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Master's degree in Psychology preferred.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in a higher education setting.
• Strong knowledge of psychology principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
