📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit homes and businesses daily to assess financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial well-being.
• Promote and facilitate access to financial products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, and insurance.
• Conduct financial literacy workshops to empower clients with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions.
• Monitor and report on client progress and performance to ensure the effectiveness of our financial inclusion programs.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and address any challenges or opportunities in the Cilincing area.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial inclusion sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with financial products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, and insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
