📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation,Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and completeness,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure documentation meets their needs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or related field,2-3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills
