📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of section heads to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve company goals.,Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to team members.,Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal use and cost efficiency.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Represent the company at meetings and events as needed.,Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HR practices and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
