You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the cost aspects of high-impact construction projects.,Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates, schedules, and forecasts.,Monitor and control project costs to ensure compliance with budget and schedule.,Conduct regular cost reviews and provide recommendations to project managers.,Prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts to clients.,Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior quantity surveyors and project staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction cost management principles and practices.,Proficiency in cost estimation, scheduling, and forecasting techniques.,Experience with high-impact construction projects, preferably in Bali.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Cost estimation and scheduling software (e.g.PrimaveraMS Project).Knowledge of construction materialslaborand equipment costs.Experience with project management software (e.g.MS OfficeAutoCAD).Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry regulations and standards.
