📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure the company has access to the best materials and services.,Analyze procurement data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to procurement.,Prepare and submit procurement reports to management on a regular basis.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities align with business goals.,Participate in supplier audits and quality control processes to maintain high standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on materials or services relevant to the industry.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with the local market and supplier landscape in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
