📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the sales team, providing coaching and mentoring to achieve sales targets.,Oversee the distribution of products, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to retailers.,Conduct market analysis and develop sales strategies to drive growth in the region.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in trade shows and other marketing events to promote the brand.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role in the beauty industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Understanding of the beauty and cosmetics industry is a plus.,Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
