📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and food quality.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to ensure it meets the highest standards.,Manage the budget and financial performance of the restaurant.,Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar business.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.,Experience with marketing and customer service.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
