📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve recruitment processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
