📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with all hiring processes.,Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners to expand our talent pool.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to track the success of our hiring efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a logistics or related industry.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
