📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and requirements.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and referrals.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking records.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
