📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.,Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for construction and development projects.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, inspections, and findings.,Conduct site audits and inspections to assess project progress and identify any potential risks or non-conformities.,Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.,Provide quality assurance support to subcontractors and suppliers.,Prepare and present quality control reports to project stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, construction, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site inspections.
