📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for mechanical systems in construction projects.
• Analyze project feasibility and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans.
• Use advanced software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera to create precise and detailed project plans.
• Review and approve subcontractor proposals to ensure they meet project requirements and budget.
• Conduct regular cost reviews and provide updates to project teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in mechanical estimating.
• Ensure all estimates and plans comply with relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical estimating, with a strong background in construction materials and methods.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Construction Estimating (CE) or similar is a plus.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
