In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning programs that support the professional development of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, and feedback from employees and managers.,Create and maintain training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and multimedia content.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations to employees at all levels.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with business objectives.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Ability to analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making.
