📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the structural design and analysis of various projects,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations,Work closely with architects and other engineers to deliver innovative solutions,Mentor and develop junior engineers,Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement,Conduct site inspections and quality control checks,Prepare and review technical reports and drawings,Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering,Proven track record of successful project delivery,Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and standards,Professional certification (e.g., PE, SECB, etc.) is a plus
