📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee departmental operations and ensure alignment with company goals.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Identify and address any operational challenges or issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.,Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages.
