📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the administration of medications and treatments as directed by the registered nurse or physician.,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any abnormalities to the nursing staff.,Assist in performing basic medical procedures such as wound care, injections, and blood draws.,Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, especially those who are isolated or in pain.,Maintain a clean and organized patient care area, including changing linens, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste.,Assist in the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment and supplies.,Participate in patient education and health promotion activities.,Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Completion of a nursing assistant or practical nursing program.,Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant or Practical Nurse.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
