📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the business.
  • Manage and develop the team, providing guidance and support.
  • Drive the business strategy and ensure that it is aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Lead and coordinate projects from inception to completion.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
