📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed branch targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior staff to improve performance and productivity.,Participate in company events and initiatives to promote teamwork and company culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or branch management role.,Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
