PT Kusuma Pertiwi is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Shop Assistant to join our team in Cengkareng, Jakarta Raya. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Shop Assistant in managing the store, including stock control and inventory management.,Provide excellent customer service to shoppers, answering questions and resolving any issues they may have.,Help with the organization and presentation of merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.,Assist in the preparation and organization of sales promotions and displays.,Keep accurate records of sales and stock levels.,Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of the store to ensure it is always presentable.,Work with the team to ensure the store is stocked and organized at all times.,Assist in the training of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including the ability to use spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
