📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department.

Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support.

Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance.

Monitor departmental budgets and ensure financial targets are met.

Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Represent the department at meetings and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

Proven track record of success in managing teams and projects.

Strong strategic and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with HR management and best practices.

Fluency in English and Indonesian.
