📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process patient payments accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely.,Assist in inventory management and ordering.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.,Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.,Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in cashier or financial roles.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of financial software and systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with healthcare industry is a plus.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
