📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle daily cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll and other financial transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a cash handling or accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
