📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of healthcare.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and hospital services.,Handle patient complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Coordinate with other departments and healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and hospital operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of successful hospital management and patient care improvement.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
