📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and networks.,Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.,Monitor and manage IT assets and inventory.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives.,Provide basic IT training and support to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hardware.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with common IT tools and software.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
